Pound Cake 3 ways recipe!

As promised here is the pound cake recipe with all the variations of cake we made this morning.

You do not have to make this quantity at home unless you want a large amount of cake! I usually halve all the ingredients in the recipe and make a half pound batch of cake at a time as that makes approximately 18 cupcakes or 1 or 2 single cakes. Cooking time would remain the same 🙂

If you like to batch cook:- go ahead and make the full amount and freeze some bakes cakes for use later! Wait for your baked cakes to be fully cooled, then freeze them in an air tight container or Ziplock bags. Decorate them with frosting or icing after you take them back out of the freezer or eat them just as they are!
