Amped Up
Sign up for the amazing Amped up course starting July 2nd! This 7 week program places emphasis on emotional education, enhancing communication and self management skills as well as improving emotional regulation and a productive management of feelings and stressors.

Join us Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday this week from 10-11:30am for our fun Firehall field trips! Tuesday 23rd April we’re at the Lawrencetown Firehall, Wednesday we’re at the Bridgetown Firehall & Thursday we’re at the Middleton firehall.

Post Partum Mental Health and Wellness

First Aid Training
First Aid training will be held from 8:30am – 4pm at our main Family Matters Location, 10 Middle Rd, Lawrencetown on both Wednesday 24th April 2024 and then again Monday 13th May 2024. Pre-Registration is required due to limited spaces.
