We have updated Participant Guidelines! We will be reviewing these guidelines at our programs and services to ensure we are all aware.
Sign up for the amazing Amped up course starting June 11th! This 7 week program places emphasis on emotional education, enhancing communication and self management skills as well as improving emotional regulation and a productive management of feelings and stressors.
Family Matters Health and Wellness Fundraiser – We are selling tickets to help raise money for our Peer Mental Health Support Group. Tickets are 1 for $5 or 3 for $10 – Draw will be Friday June 27th @ 11:30
