New VaxRecordNS

There is a new online tool for obtaining your vaccination records.

VaxRecordNS allows citizens with a Nova Scotia health card to access some of their official vaccination records using this website: https://vaxrecordns.ns health.ca

VaxRecordNS contains School Program vaccines, certain routine childhood vaccines, certain adult vaccines and COVID-19 vaccination records.

Vaccination types are periodically added to VaxRecordNS.

Current vaccination types available online:

  • School Program includes – HPV, Hep B, Tdap and Meningococcal (A, C, Y & W135)
  • Childhood vaccines includes – Meningococcal C, Tdap-IPV, MMRV
  • Adult vaccines includes – Td, Tdap
  • COVID-19 includes – Those approved by Health Canada

There are several vaccination provider sources in VaxRecordNS including Public Health, Primary Care Providers and Pharmacies. They all may use different systems to store their record and due to this, your Vaccination records may not be completely up to date. If you require those records, please contact the VaxRecordNS Support Service for assistance. You may be directed to contact the vaccination provider directly.
