Women’s Helpline: a 24/7 free, confidential service for adult women, and individuals who identify as women, who have concerns about their well-being, safety, and/or the safety of others. Women can access a variety of supports and services specific to their needs, including information, navigation, referrals, and brief intervention counselling. The service can be accessed by calling 211 and is provided by Family Service of Eastern Nova Scotia.
