Winter can seem long and daunting after the Holidays with the shorter days and longer nights. Colder mornings make getting up a little more difficult and sometimes it is hard to find motivation. Embracing the beauty of winter can be a game changer. Getting out for a walk, playing in the snow, making a fire and drinking hot chocolate, sledding, skiing, catching snowflakes on your tongue…the list is endless. Take some photos, watch the birds, appreciate nature. Not only is this healthy for our personal state of mind, it is a chance to spend time with our children, live and learn, experience and appreciate…it won’t last forever šā„ļø Jen
