Nicole Keddy

My name is Nicole and I’m the eldest of 5 children. Growing up on my family’s farm in the Berwick area, I’ve always had a love for animals as well as the outdoors. I had my first babysitting job at 15, where I cared for 2 children and 1 infant.

I first decided to open my home as a family day home after deciding it didn’t financially make sense for me to return to work after my daughter was born in March of 2014. I contacted Family Matters and got the process started. Being the oldest of 5 children and having a babysitting job of 3 children when I was young, I have had lots of experience with children. I have recently been certified in First Aid and CPR-C as well as have Criminal Record Checks with a vulnerable query and Child Abuse Registry Checks done to date. I have lots of fun planned for your little one such as crafts, games and theme Fridays planned for my day home children.

Being an animal lover, we do have pets that I plan to use to help teach the kids the responsibilities of having a pet by offering them the chance to help with their daily care.

Conveniently located in Roundhill, we have a large yard as well as a fenced play area. We live close to the railway tracks, which is the perfect place to experience nature on a nature walks. I am also within the Annapolis school district, so I am able to accept afterschoolers as well.
